I take the liberty of initiating this post in order to describe my modest experience of journeying towards Allah swt, through the love of my beloved Prophet (asws) and the Ahl al Bayt.
I came across an article by Sidi Sheikh Abu al Harith on spiritual openness where he described how to open one's basirah. I was greatly delighted and moved to read this article, because in our community, it's rare to find information of this caliber! And what Sheikh Abu al Harith has brought to this topic is truly of the utmost importance! He is the only one to have provided this kind of information in such detail, I know this subject very well, and the information is not detailed like on this site.
I'm currently experiencing what is known in other energy systems as kundalini symptoms through the 3rd eye (basirah). I've had to stop the process in order to take a step back in what I'm doing, and not rush things. And this has been going on for years.
Every time I concentrate on the energy of my Being, my root chakra starts to awaken, and I feel vibrations and tremors rising towards my abdomen and chest through a central channel, like an energy just waiting to rise up inside me. I also feel a strong pressure in my 3rd eye, as well as other symptoms that I won't describe here so as not to burden the text with additional details. On the other hand, my legs are constantly tingling and vibrating, especially after a sports session.
I also do some astral projections, but I've had to stop this process as well, as it has given me spiritual tinnitus. This tinnitus isn't very strong, but when I practice, I'm afraid it will increase in intensity, and it's unpleasant to live with a constant shrill sound in my head! I know I can connect to the Malakut using this tinnitus and increase my level of consciousness and vibration, but I don't practice this technique. I also hear buzzing sounds like a swarm of bees from time to time, and I experience a few synchronicities that tell me what's going to happen in the future. This happens when my energy is more active than usual.
I also experience the vision of Divine Light described in Sura anNoor.
My question is as follows Sidi Sheikh Abu al Harith: How can I activate the opening of my 3rd eye (basirah) and open my kundalini safely using the science of letters and the Koran? I know how to do it using energy work, but I haven't mastered the knowledge of the science of letters to best manage what's happening to me. I've already read your text on the subject, but I prefer to ask the question for my personal case.
In the near future, I will also order the ring of Suleyman (as) incha Allah.

لقد صادفتُ مقالًا لسيدي الشيخ أبو الحارث عن الانفتاح الروحي حيث وصف فيه كيفيّة فتح بصيرتك (العين الثالثة). لقد سرّني هذا المقال وأثاره تأثّرًا عميقًا؛ ففي جماعتنا نادرًا ما نجدُ معلوماتٍ بهذا المستوى! وما أضافه الشيخ أبو الحارث في هذا الموضوع ذو أهميةٍ بالغة، فهو الوحيد الذي تناول هذه المعلومات بالتفصيل. أنا مطّلع جيدًا على هذا الموضوع، لكنّ المعلومات لا تُفصّل كما هو الحال في هذا الموقع.
أعيشُ حاليًّا، كما يُسمّى في أنظمةٍ طاقيةٍ أخرى، أعراضَ الكونداليني عبر العين الثالثة (البصيرة). اضطررتُ لإيقاف العملية لأُعيدَ النظر فيما أفعله وألاّ أُسرِّعَ الأمور، وقد امتدّ ذلك لسنوات.
في كل مرةٍ أركّزُ فيها على طاقة كياني، يبدأ شاكرا الجذر عندي باليقظة، فأشعرُ بذبذباتٍ ورعشاتٍ تصعد نحو بطني ثم صدري عبر قناةٍ مركزية، كطاقةٍ تتوقُ إلى الصعود داخلي. وأشعر بضغطٍ شديدٍ في منطقة العين الثالثة، إلى جانب أعراضٍ أخرى لا أودّ ذكرها لتجنّب الإطالة. أمّا الوخز والذبذبات فثابتةٌ في ساقيّ، خصوصًا بعد التمرين الرياضي.
أقوم أيضًا ببعض الإسقاطات النجمية (الأسطرال)، لكنّي اضطررتُ كذلك لإيقاف هذه الممارسة، فقد تسببت لي بطنين روحي. هذا الطنين ليس قويًّا جدًا، لكن مع الممارسة أخشى أن يزداد في الشدة؛ ومنزعجٌ جدًا من العيش مع صوتٍ ثائر ومستمرّ في رأسي! أعلم أنني أستطيع التواصل مع الملكوت باستخدام هذا الطنين لرفع وعيي واهتزازي، لكنّي لا أمارس هذه التقنية. كما أسمع همهماتٍ تشبه سربًا من النحل من حينٍ لآخر، وأختبر بعض التزامنات التي تُنبئُ بما سيحدث في المستقبل، وهذا يحدث عندما تكون طاقتي أكثر نشاطًا من المعتاد.
أجرب كذلك رؤيةَ النور الإلهي كما وردَ في سورة النور.
سؤالي لك يا سيدي الشيخ أبو الحارث: كيف أفعِّلُ علم الحروف والآيات القرآنية لفتح العين الثالثة (البصيرة) ورفع الكونداليني بأمان؟ أعلم كيف أفعل ذلك عبر العمل الطاقي، لكنّي لا أتقنُ معارف علم الحروف لإدارة ما يحصل معي بأفضل وجه. لقد قرأتُ نصَّك في الموضوع، لكنّني أفضّلُ أن أطرح السؤال لحالتي الشخصية.
